NEW AD: Shapiro for Pennsylvania Releases New TV Ad Highlighting Shapiro’s Strong Support From Law Enforcement, Track Record of Keeping Communities Safe
“When it comes to keeping us safe, there’s one person we can always count on… Josh Shapiro.”
PENNSYLVANIA – Today, the Shapiro for Pennsylvania campaign released a new television ad highlighting Josh’s record of fighting to make Pennsylvania communities safer and support from law enforcement officials all across the Commonwealth.
As the campaign for Governor of Pennsylvania enters its final few weeks, Josh Shapiro will continue highlighting his track record and bringing people together around his vision to keep our communities safe. This new ad will be running in media markets across Pennsylvania as more voters continue tuning into the race with less than four weeks to go until Election Day.
As Attorney General, Josh Shapiro works with fellow law enforcement every single day – and he has a track record of holding criminals accountable. Josh has arrested over 8,000 drug dealers, seized 3.2 million doses of heroin and 4 million doses of fentanyl, broken up interstate gun trafficking rings, and led the fight to close the ghost gun loophole.
In his campaign for Governor, Josh has been endorsed by law enforcement officials from both parties – like Independent Franklin County District Attorney Matt Fogal and Republican former Bucks County District Attorney David Heckler – and he’s earned the support of organizations who represent tens of thousands of police officers, like the Pennsylvania State Trooper Association. Throughout this campaign, Shapiro has been focused on public safety – routinely calling for more police, more funding, and more training in order to keep PA communities safe.
This new ad is narrated by:
- Richard Johnston, Northampton County Sheriff
- David Myers, Former Pennsylvania State Trooper
- Matt Fogal, Franklin County District Attorney
- Jerry Sanders, Delaware County Sheriff
- Chris Campanelli, Erie County Sheriff
- David Heckler, Former Bucks County District Attorney
- Darryl Jones, Former Philadelphia Police Officer

He’ll hire more cops.
He’s endorsed by prosecutors from both parties.
Pennsylvania state troopers — and 15,000 local police officers — all back Josh Shapiro.
Because we know his record.
